God's Pattern for Worship in the Church
When we look around we see an amazing diversity amongst "Christian churches" today.
Under the Old Covenant, God spelled out very clearly what he required of His people. The priesthood, the tabernacle, the ark of the covenant, the shewbread, the temple, the offerings, the altar, the incense, the festivals... Books are filled with the regulations attached to the worship of God under the Law of Moses.
Many today have no reservations in bringing their own worship to Him and feel God is happy with whatever we bring. They freely speak of the liberty and the grace we have under the New Covenant.
But is it so simple?
