In Matthew 16:18, Jesus said, "I will build my church and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it."

In other words, He would build a church that would not be destroyed or defeated even by the death of men.  It would be timeless as far as men were concerned.

However, there are countless churches today which use the name of Christ as an identifier in their claim to be the church which Jesus said He would build.

So how can we know which church is the real deal?  How can we be certain that any church today is the church that Jesus built?
